DNC adding domain privacy option
November 8th, 2017 · by Domains Direct · 1 min read
From 28 November 2017 individual registrants who are not in significant trade will be able to choose to withhold their phone number and contact address from publicly appearing in a .nz WHOIS search (to be known as a .nz domain query.)
The Individual Registrant Privacy Option means that while individual registrants are still accountable, they also have improved privacy controls if they choose.
This change in the .nz domain name space came about after a number of consultations. You can read about these consultations here.
